If you aren't running level 4 missions with a dedicated salvager, open eve-survival and, if possible, blitz the missions. You’ll gain ISK, standings, and LP faster than if you tried to kill every little thing.
DO NOT run Empire faction missions. Also do not run storyline missions listed as an encounter in your journal
If you’re goal is to maximize standings, don’t crowd a fleet. Even L4 standings split 10 ways isn't much. Be efficient.
